How to cancel your Pandora Premium subscription

Canceling or changing a Pandora Premium subscription is simple: it only depends on where you subscribed.

How to cancel your Pandora Premium subscription on iPhone or iPad

• If you are a Premium subscriber through the Pandora app, you must cancel it via the Subscription section with your Apple ID.
• Open the iTunes app on your iPhone.
• Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap the Apple ID button.
• Select Show Apple ID.
• Enter your Apple ID password or authorize it using Touch ID.
• Touch the Subscribe button.
• Touch Pandora.
• Click Unsubscribe.
• Touch Confirm.

How to uninstall Pandora Premium on the web

• If you subscribe online, you must visit Pandora website to cancel.
• Open Pandora.com
• Log in to your account.
• Click on your profile picture in the upper right corner.
• Choose your settings
• Click Subscribe.
• Click Unsubscribe
• Save changes and enter your password, if prompted.

Note: If you cannot follow steps 6 through 7, you may be subscribed to Premium from a different provider (Apple, Roku, Android, Amazon). You will have to visit them directly to cancel.
